Spent Easter at a lovely hotel recently. The rooms were clean and the food was delectable, with several vegetarian options. Also, the location was perfect, just a short walk to the shopping district and local sites. The rooftop pool was a real bonus, especially the panoramic view of the city's skyline.
The staff could've been more attentive, especially at busy times. At times, it felt like they were short-staffed and overworked. The room wasn't soundproof so there was quite a bit of noise from the street. As well, the Wi-Fi was slow and would frequently cut out. I had a great time, but the negatives could've been improved upon.

The hotel was conveniently located close to the main attractions in the city and we were able to easily get to places we wanted to go. the hotel offered a nice buffet dinner that was reasonably priced and enjoyable. Another great feature was the friendly staff at the hotel who provided good customer service.
Our room was not cleaned very well and we noticed stains on the sheets which was not pleasant. the refrigerator in the room was leaking water and made the room feel damp.
